Destination: Mount Monroe Trails: Ammonoosuc Hike Date: 2020-03-15   Conditions:Icy in the morning, especially between tree line and the hut. Crampons required. Very windy and cold at the top, but beautiful visibility. The trail softened in the afternoon on the way down which made it easier on the knee during the descent.
